From here on, let it be known that the term/name David Platford is the owner/operator who also operates under the name of Airwurx. Either name may be used. Any reference to ‘you’ implies that ‘you’ are the client.
Terms.
i. Deposit.
Deposits may be required at 25% of estimated cost. These are non refundable and are deducted from final bill.
ii. Balance.
The remaining balance is payable upon collection and is required before any items leave.
iii. Schedule and time frames
Mist bookings without prior notification may result in loss of deposit and or extra charges.
Every effort is made to meet requested time frame but given the custom nature of the work any finish date or time is an approximation. Some projects may take longer than expected, particularly when incorrectly pre described conditions arise. Unforeseen circumstances and issues can also arise at no fault of you the client, or Dave Platford, Airwurx or person(s) acting on behalf of Airwurx. These can all lead to extended times.
Pushed or hard deadlines will attract extra charges.
vi. Images and project data.
As custom work relies on exposure to attract more clients please understand we share images of our work online through various platforms, in print and digital displays, some of which may be in a public domain. Images may include before, during and after shots including any client submitted material. Airwurx may also use your personal or business name (see section V. ‘Privacy’) as a write up or in reference to a particular project. This may also appear online, print or digital. By proceeding with a custom paint project with Airwurx you agree to this without reservation.
v. Privacy.
Nor Dave Platford or Airwurx sells, any information submitted via the website to any other company or person (Exemption - section vi). By using the form as point of contact you agree to be contacted by Dave Platford, Airwurx or member of staff.
As outlined in section ‘iv, Images and project data’, images of work may be displayed online, in print and digitally which may be visible in public domain, names may also be associated with any given project but no contact details will be displayed or shared. Private clients may have full names revoked whenever possible and replaced with, but not limited to Christian name. Business based clients agree to have names displayed as they are deemed to already be in the public domain and is seen as free advertising,
vi. Delivery.
In the event work must be sent via a third party postal, delivery or courier service which is not arranged by you the client understand information such as name, contact details and address will be used to fulfil the delivery request.
Any extra costs including that of packaging materials, postage, time to pack and arrange delivery will be added on to final price and must be paid prior to booking conformation.
It is strongly advised you arrange your own collection in person wherever possible. No responsibility will fall on Airwurx in the event of loss, stolen or damaged items.
vii. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
NDA compliance is subject to notification prior to work commencing and must include duration that NDA must stay in place and active. NDA’s may incur extra charges
viii. Signature/logo
All artwork based projects will carry a 'Dave Platford' signature and/or Airwurx logo, depending on project. The placement and size of said signature or logo will be at the discretion of Airwurx but please understand this will be done tastefully not to detract for the painted artwork.. Commercial jobs may be exempt. Removal requests may incur extra charges.
